KUSTOM PAINT ROAD TRIP: JAPAN/2005 AUTO SALON
The third trip to Japan as a painting team, and the tenth trip for Craig Fraser as an instructor: Dion, and Craig of Kal Koncepts/Air Syndicate hooked up with the boyz at Signal/Showup, and Nippon Paint to kustom up a couple of tricked out drift cars, and to start a kustom paint relationship that will bridge the 2 countrys. Keep an eye out for the new level of kustom paint involvement in not only street racing, but time trial, road racing, and most important the hotest new sport out there,...D1,...I'm talking "DRIFT!!" If you havent heard of it,...it's time you recognize.....Stay Tuned!.

Had to get

III is not sporting racing vans,.....But who knows,....
Friend don't let their
friends design cars on crack.
After that last car, I
had to go to the booth for a dose of reality,....airbrushing skulls,
flyin eyeballs, and devils on a min-cafe,...that's reality that
I can handle!
Heck,..I was airbrushing
on just about anything. This cell phone was for one of the in-booth
models. My version of some retro annime art. See,..I can paint things
besides skulls!
Here is the carbon fiber
race hood for the skyline. I modified one of my gothic dragons with
a bit of the Japanese Tattoo style thing going on. I decided since
the carbon fiber hood was such as contrast with the brightly colored
car, I would do everything on it monochromatic,...including the
realistic fire. Came out killer!
